NOVELTY - Improvement of lithium ion battery nanosilicon cathode surface amount comprises adding sulfur-containing material and acid in the graphene dispersion, and stirring to obtain mixed dispersion liquid; adding nanosilicon particles in anhydrous ethanol and/or water, and carrying out ultrasonic to obtain uniform nanosilicon dispersing solution; mixing the mixed dispersion liquid and nanosilicon dispersion solution into the hydrothermal reaction kettle for hydrothermal reaction, and obtaining graphene silicon-sulfur composite hydrogel and hydrogen peroxide; fully soaking the hydrogel in deionized water, removing impurities, and removing moisture to obtain the to-be-processed product; and carrying out desulfurization treatment of the to-be-processed product to obtain a three-dimensional porous graphene-silicon macroscopic body.
