▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Heat-resistant graphene film comprises 0.3-0.4 pts. wt. sodium persulfate, 30-40 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 0.7-1 pts. wt. ricinoleic acid calcium, 4-6 pts. wt. aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 2-5 pts. wt. diphenyl silanediol, 1-2 pts. wt. calcium stearate, 100-110 pts. wt. polyphenyl ether, 1-2 pts. wt. sorbitan mono-fatty acid ester, and 20-24 pts. wt. pyromellitic dianhydride. USE - Heat-resistant graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant graphene film improves the heat-resisting stability of finished film, and the combination property of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a heat-resistant graphene film, which involves: (A) taking aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, adding to deionized water with a weight of 10-14 times, stirring at 60-65 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding sorbitan monooleate, stirring to normal temperature, and obtaining water Dispersions; (B) taking polyethylene wax, adding to the weight of 53-60 times of chloroform, and stirring uniformly to obtain a chloroform solution; (C) taking sodium sulfate, adding to deionized water with a weight of 10-15 times, and stirring; (D) mixing pyromellitic dianhydride and calcium ricinoleic acid, adding to the above aqueous dispersion, stirring uniformly, feeding into the reaction vessel, introducing nitrogen gas, adjusting the temperature of the reaction kettle to 60-65 degrees C, adding sodium persulfate aqueous solution, stirring and stirring for 3-4 hours, discharging and cooling, distilling off water, modifying polyanhydride; (E) taking polyphenylene ether, modifying polyanhydride mixture, adding to the above chloroform solution, raising the temperature to 50-55 degrees C, ultrasonicating 1-2 hours, to obtain an anhydride modified polyphenylene ether solution; and (F) taking diphenylsilyl glycol and graphene oxide mixed, adding to the above anhydride-modified polyphenylene ether solution, stirring uniformly, adding calcium stearate, raising the temperature to 90-95 degrees C, stirring for 1-2 hours, uniformly coating on a glass plate, sending to an oven, drying at 70-75 degrees C for 10-13 hours, cooling by discharge, and peeling off to obtain the heat-resistant graphene film.
