▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing heat dissipation product comprises preparing heat dissipation coating layer by coating and thermosetting heat dissipation ink containing dry and wet graphene flakes. The heat dissipation ink containing dry and wet graphene flakes is prepared by (a) preparing dry-wet graphene flakes of certain or high purity using expandable graphite, (b) preparing first mixture by mixing solvent and resin, (c) preparing second mixture by mixing the obtained dry-wet graphene flakes, carbon nanotubes, dispersant, and surfactant, and (d) mixing the first mixture and the second mixture. USE - The heat dissipation product is useful in heat sinks i.e. computer and notebook computer, automobile engine and motor, and heat dissipation coating fields i.e. mobile phones. ADVANTAGE - The method produces environmentally friendly heat dissipation ink having high thermal emissivity, low-temperature and rapid heat treatment; produces dry-wet graphene flakes from graphite in short time with high yield and purity; does not discharge volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during ink coating; maximizes heat release rate by compensating for the very slow heat release rate of the structural material; and is simple.
