NOVELTY - A asphalt modifier comprises 60-70 parts mass rubber powder, 5-7 parts mass discarded plastic, 0.05-0.1 parts mass glucuronic acid, 15-20 parts mass polydimethylsiloxane, 8-10 parts mass polyether epoxy resin parts and 0.00005-0.01 parts mass and graphene powder. USE - Asphalt modifier. ADVANTAGE - The modifier effectively improves high and low temperature performance of matrix asphalt, improves adhesion between asphalt and aggregate, has high storage stability and effectively saves cost of mixing, transportation and storage, and reduces production costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high storage stability rubber-plastic alloy asphalt which involves removing waste metal from rubber, fibers and debris, breaking it into small particles of flocculant rubber powder, regenerating activated desulfurization rubber powder by microwave irradiation to obtain activated rubber powder, mixing activated rubber powder with waste plastic, glucuronic acid, polydimethylsiloxane, polyether epoxy resin and graphene powder, drying, extruding and granulating to obtain rubber asphalt alloy, heating matrix asphalt, adding rubber alloy asphalt modifier, heating, high-speed shearing and drying.
