NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polypyrrole particle composite gel film involves mixing pyrrole and hydrochloric acid solution in a gel bath to form a gel bath solution. The graphene oxide is mixed with the highly oxidized metal oxide particle dispersion to form a graphene oxide / highly oxidized metal oxide dispersion liquid, and added to a feeding container. A fluid conveying machine is used to squeeze the graphene oxide/highly oxidized metal oxide mixed dispersion into a gel tank through a nozzle connected to the fluid conveying machine. The graphene oxide/highly oxidized metal oxide mixed dispersion is contacted with the gel pool solution to generate a graphene oxide/polypyrrole particle composite hydrogel film. The graphene oxide/polypyrrole particle composite hydrogel film is added to a reducing solution through a transfer wheel to generate a graphene/polypyrrole particle composite hydrogel film that is dried to obtain a graphene/polypyrrole particle composite gel film. USE - Method for preparing graphene/polypyrrole particle composite gel film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene/polypyrrole particle composite gel film having uniform distribution of polypyrrole particles.
