NOVELTY - The method involves taking and mixing silicon oxide, first additive and organic solvent. The high-speed dispersion treatment is performed to prepare a slurry with the required particle size distribution on a surface of silicon oxide particles coated with the first additive. The slurry is atomized, heated to evaporate and separated to obtain a silicon oxide particle product coated with the first additive on the surface. The first additive is made of monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides. The organic solvent is ethanol, isopropanol and butanol. The temperature of the nitrogen is 90-300 degrees C. A second additive is made of graphite, graphene, carbon nanotube, and nano silicon. USE - Method for surface coating treatment of silicon oxide material. ADVANTAGE - the method eliminates the problem of material transportation pollution caused by abnormal external environment. The silicon oxide materials with different properties are obtained accordingly, which is used for surface coating treatment of materials with different formulations and components, without affecting the mass production capacity. The production switching of products of different specifications is realized and automatic control and continuous production are carried out.
