NOVELTY - Preparation of platinum-palladium-platinum/manganese dioxide/graphene layered structure catalyst involves preparing manganese dioxide-doped graphene oxide by chemical method, and forming sandwich structure by carrying out electrochemical method. USE - Preparation of platinum-palladium-platinum/manganese dioxide/graphene layered structure catalyst used for manufacturing methanol fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently provides platinum-palladium-platinum/manganese dioxide/graphene layered structure catalyst having excellent catalytic performance and stability, by simple method without using toxic agent and surface and without affecting the environment.
