NOVELTY - A thermoplastic elastomer composite material with heat accumulation function of heat release, comprises a thermoplastic elastomer and infrared heat reflection protective coating formed on the surface of the thermoplastic elastomer. The thermoplastic elastomer comprises phase change material, random thermoplastic vulcanizate polypropylene, linear low-density polyethylene and oxidation graphene as the raw materials. USE - Thermoplastic elastomer composite material is used in energy-saving materials. ADVANTAGE - The thermoplastic elastomer composite material enables to effectively reduce the surface temperature of the material, and has the function of heat storage and heat release, specifically, when the temperature is higher than the relevant temperature threshold, so that the material absorbs the heat, to reduce the surface temperature. When the temperature is lower than the threshold value, the absorbed heat is released, and the temperature of the surface of the material, is raised to recover heat energy for recycling. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of thermoplastic elastomer composite material, which involves: i) weighing each raw material of the thermoplastic elastomer, mixing and melting at high temperature to prepare the film, namely the thermoplastic elastomer; ii) mixing isopropanol, aqueous polyurethane, curing agent, auxiliary agent and infrared reflecting toner to obtain infrared heat reflecting protective coating; iii) uniformly coating a layer of infrared heat reflection protective coating on the film-forming thermoplastic elastomer.
