NOVELTY - A graphene conductive film comprises 40-99 pts. wt. polyaryletherketone resin, 1-80 pts. wt. graphene and 0.1-10 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Graphene conductive film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene conductive film has high film content and better electric performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene conductive film, which involves dispersing graphene in a mixed acid of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid at volume ratio of 5:1 and sonicating at room temperature for 12-48 hours, adding deionized water dropwise to dilute the mixed acid solution, stirring the mixture continuously after dilution, washing the graphene until the filtrate is neutral and drying, weighing the polyaryletherketone resin and graphene in proportion, adding to the reaction vessel, adding the chloroform solvent and dispersant in proportion and stirring at high speed for 10-30 minutes until the graphene is uniformly dispersed to obtain a graphene/polyaryletherketone resin complex, flattening graphene/polyaryletherketone resin composite into a uniform thickness composite film, and vacuum-drying at 80 degrees C for 8-12 hours in a vacuum oven to obtain the finished product.
