NOVELTY - Preparing highly shock-resistant cement polystyrene shell concrete wall comprises e.g. (A) adding the graphene oxide and spinel for wet ball milling, sieving, taking the sieved material, dissolving, adding foaming, (B) mixing cement, polyphenylene granules and mixed foaming agent, and stirring uniformly, (C) casting, heating and curing, and demolding, (D) cutting the blanks, and immersing, (E) taken out, autoclaving, curing, molding, clamping and cooling to obtain polystyrene shell, and (F) on-site pouring composite wall made of latticed concrete frame based on polystyrene frame. USE - The method is useful for preparing highly shock-resistant cement polystyrene shell concrete wall. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces product having lightweight, seismic-resistant, heat-proof, freeze-resistant and durable, saves time and money, and has strong anti-seismic effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing highly shock-resistant cement polystyrene shell concrete wall comprises (A) adding the graphene oxide and spinel for wet ball milling, sieving through 325 meshes sieve, taking the sieved material, dissolving in water, adding foaming agent to obtain mixed foaming agent, (B) mixing cement, polyphenylene granules and mixed foaming agent, stirring uniformly to obtain slurry, (C) casting slurry in a mold, heating and curing, and demolding to obtain billet, (D) cutting the blanks, immersing in an anti-seismic treatment solution and treating under ultrasonic conditions for 10-15 minutes, (E) taken out, autoclaving, curing, molding, clamping and cooling to obtain polystyrene shell, (F) on-site pouring composite wall made of latticed concrete frame based on polystyrene frame.
