NOVELTY - Single-stranded (ss) DNA aptamer is selected from ap1, ap3, ap4, ap7, ap9 or apl-1. The apl, ap3, ap4, ap7, ap9 or apl-1 comprises 32-79 base pairs of (SEQ ID NOs: 1-6), given in the specification. USE - SsDNA aptamer for specifically recognizing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) for use in composition, kit, test paper, chip, fluorescent biosensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aptamer provides an identification element and a detection method with excellent performance for ATP detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a composition, which comprises one or more of the ssDNA aptamers; (2) a kit, which comprises one or more of the ssDNA aptamers; (3) a test paper, which comprises one or more of the ssDNA aptamers; (4) a chip, which comprises one or more of the ssDNA aptamers; (5) a fluorescent biosensor, which comprises the ssDNA aptamers, fluorophore and a fluorescence quencher.
