NOVELTY - The preparation method of oxidized graphene nano microcrystalline cellulose composite film involves (1) adding graphite powder, mixed acid and potassium permanganate, uniformly stirring, heating, heat-preserving, pouring the obtained suspension into ice water mixture, cooling, adding dry pulp, stirring, continuously adding hydrogen peroxide solution, filtering, repeatedly washing the solid with hot water, filtering until the pH value is neutral, and (2) dispersing the filter cake obtained in the step (1) in water, dialyzing a week, and ultrafiltering. USE - Preparation of oxidized graphene nano microcrystalline cellulose composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of oxidized graphene nano microcrystalline cellulose composite film with excellent product physical properties, tensile strength, and elasticity, by simple, safe and short process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of oxidized graphene nano microcrystalline cellulose composite film involves (1) adding 2-4 parts mass graphite powder, 200-400 parts volume mixed acid and 12-24 parts mass potassium permanganate, uniformly stirring, increasing the temperature to 45-55 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 9-15 hours, pouring the obtained suspension into 200-400 parts mass ice water mixture, cooling, adding 20-40 parts mass dry pulp, stirring for 10-20 minutes, continuously adding 2-4 parts volume hydrogen peroxide solution, filtering, repeatedly washing the solid with hot water, filtering until the pH value is neutral, and (2) dispersing the filter cake obtained in the step (1) in water, dialyzing a week, and ultrafiltering. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for oxidized graphene nano microcrystalline cellulose composite film.
