NOVELTY - Preparation of super-lipophilic nanofiber membrane involves dissolving biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride and p-phenylenediamine after sublimation and purification in N,N-dimethylformamide, placing in a cryogenic reactor, obtaining polyamic acid solution, electrospinning the polyamic acid solution, obtaining polyamic acid nanofiber membrane, placing in a tube furnace for imidization, obtaining polyimide nanofiber membrane, preparing graphene oxide, preparing reduced graphene oxide-polyimide using the polyimide nanofiber membrane and graphene oxide by solvothermal reduction method and dip coating method, drying, and obtaining super-lipophilic reduced graphene oxide-polyimide nanofiber membrane. USE - Preparation of super-lipophilic nanofiber membrane used as oil-water separation membrane in oil spill cleaning and oily wastewater treatment applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient preparation of super-lipophilic nanofiber membrane having excellent high-throughput separation performance under gravity drive. The separation efficiency of the super-lipophilic nanofiber membrane is more than 99%. The membrane can be still used normally after being recycled 20 times.
