NOVELTY - A nano-graphene oxide modified epoxy resin type powder coating contains 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion slurry, 30-70 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 20-70 pts. wt. polyester resin, 3-12 pts. wt. filler, 3-8 pts. wt. silica, 3-10 pts. wt. high-temperature curing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-1 pt. wt. leveling agent, 0.1-1 pt. wt. heat and light stabilizer and 0-4 pts. wt. pigment. The graphene oxide is amino modified graphene oxide with particle size of 500-20000 mesh. USE - Nano-graphene oxide modified epoxy resin type powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-graphene oxide modified epoxy resin type powder is inexpensive, prepared by simple method and environmentally-friendly, has excellent corrosion resistance, permeability, mechanical property, utilization rate and wear resistance and low toxicity, and does not contain solvent and volatile toxic substances. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of nano-graphene oxide modified epoxy resin type powder coating, which involves adding graphene oxide, dispersant and epoxy resin to high-speed dispersion machine and grinding into powder with fineness of less than 35 mu m to obtain graphene oxide dispersion slurry, mixing graphene oxide dispersion slurry, epoxy resin, polyester resin, filler, silica, high-temperature curing agent, plasticizer, leveling agent, heat and light stabilizer and pigment, extruding the mixture in twin screw extruder, finally tableting, grinding and separating.
