NOVELTY - A men's suit composite fiber comprises chitosan fiber, graphene viscose composite fiber and cotton fiber. The composite fiber is prepared by mixing citric acid and sodium citrate to obtain citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution having pH of 6.4, soaking cotton fiber, adding hydroxycarboxylic acid, adding carboxylic acid-based betaine, and soaking; adding pectinase and cellulase, heating, adding lipase, water bath heating, stirring, taking out cotton fiber, placing to drying device's first cylinder, rotating to dry cotton fiber, placing cotton fiber to placement basket, rotating basket to dry cotton fiber, pressing with pressure plate to remove remaining liquid, hot air blowing, taking out cotton fiber, and placing into liquid nitrogen to carry out ultra-low temperature treatmen; and placing to citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution having pH of 6.4, heating, drying, and weaving with chitosan fiber and graphene viscose composite fiber. USE - Men's suit composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The composite fiber has improved breaking strength and UV rays preventing function while having good skin-friendly comfort. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A men's suit composite fiber comprises 10-20 pts. wt. chitosan fiber, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene viscose composite fiber and 60-80 pts. wt. cotton fiber. The composite fiber is prepared by mixing 2 mL 0.1 mol/L citric acid and 18 mL 0.1 mol/L sodium citrate to obtain citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution having pH of 6.4, soaking cotton fiber, adding hydroxycarboxylic acid at mass ratio of 1:0.04, adding carboxylic acid-based betaine at mass ratio of 1:0.08, and soaking for 30 minutes; adding pectinase and cellulase at mass ratio 1:0.05:0.02, heating to 27 degrees C for 5 minutes, adding lipase at mass ratio of 1:0.01, water bath heating to 32 degrees C, stirring for 8 minutes, taking out cotton fiber, placing to drying device's first cylinder, rotating to dry cotton fiber, placing cotton fiber to placement basket, rotating basket to dry cotton fiber, pressing with pressure plate to remove remaining liquid, hot air blowing at 105 degrees C, taking out cotton fiber, and placing into liquid nitrogen to carry out ultra-low temperature treatment for 30 minutes; and placing to citric acid-sodium citrate buffer solution having pH of 6.4 at 52 degrees C, heating to room temperature, drying to 105 degrees C, and weaving with chitosan fiber and graphene viscose composite fiber.
