NOVELTY - Preparing electromagnetic shielding radiating film involves obtaining a carbon nanotube film and a graphene film after one layer of the carbon nanotube film and one layer of the graphene film are alternately stacked, heat-pressing in a protective gas atmosphere at 2800-3000 degrees C for 8-10 hours to obtain a carbon nanotube and graphene's laminated functional layer, obtaining a base layer, and bonding the laminated functional layer to one side surface of the base layer using an adhesive. The thermally conductive adhesive is obtained, and the thermally conductive adhesive is coated on the other surface of the laminated functional layer away from the base layer to form a thermally conductive adhesive layer to obtain an electromagnetic shielding and heat dissipation film. USE - Method for preparing electromagnetic shielding radiating film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare electromagnetic shielding radiating film is convenient for industrial production, and application, has simple technique and easy operation.
