NOVELTY - Ethylene propylene rubber tube modified based on multi-dimensional nano-structure material, comprises ethylene propylene rubber matrix, auxiliary agent and modified filler, where the filler is modified aramid fiber prepared by forming a hybrid material of cellulose nanocrystal deposition modified-graphene nanosheet and polyamide nanofiber by covalent bond, and then forming multi-dimensional nanostructure material on the surface of aramid fiber of the hybrid material using polydopamine adhesive. USE - The rubber tube is useful in aerospace and automobile fields. ADVANTAGE - The rubber tube has high heat-resistance and good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high heat-resistant ethylene propylene rubber tube modified based on multi-dimensional nano-structure material, comprising (a) mixing the graphene nanosheet, cellulose nanocrystal and deionized water, adding sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH to 10-11, ultrasonically processing to obtain a first modified dispersion, (b) adding polyamide nanofiber into first dispersion, ultrasonically processing to obtain a second modified dispersion, adding dopamine into the tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane buffer solution, then adding aramid fiber, filtering and drying the obtained solid, transferring to the second modified dispersion, continuously stirring, filtering, drying the solid to obtain modified filler, and (c) mixing ethylene propylene rubber, modified filler, accelerator DM, antioxidant RD and plasticizer in a banbury mixer at 80-90 degrees C for 10 minutes, then extruding and forming in an open mill, and vulcanizing in a vulcanizing device containing vulcanizing agent DCP at 150-160 degrees C for 30 minutes.
