NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant pipe material, comprises 80-90 pts. wt. modified high-density polyethylene resin, 10-13 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 6-12 pts. wt. terpene resin, 1-1.8 pts. wt. graphene, 6-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-3 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 1-2 pts. wt. di-n-octyl tin maleate, 2-4 pts. wt. thiodiethylene glycol bis(β-aminobutenoic acid) ester, 3-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant, 4-6 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 1.2-2 pts. wt. tris(2,3-dichloro-propyl) phosphate. USE - The corrosion-resistant pipe material is useful in mines and town water supply pipe network. ADVANTAGE - The corrosion-resistant pipe material has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance and good toughness characteristics, can prolong the service life at large amplitude, uses modified vermiculite powder and modified nanocellulose to modify the high-density polyethylene resin, and improves dispersibility to promote uniform and compact combination of each component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the corrosion-resistant pipe material, comprising: (a) adding each raw material component to a high-speed stirrer, stirring and mixing at 70-75℃ at a speed of 800 revolutions/minute for 20 minutes to obtain a mixed material; (b) drying the mixed material in a drying oven to obtain the dry material; (c) adding the obtained dried material to a kneading machine, kneading, continuously kneading for 15 minutes after the material is heated to 75℃ by friction, discharging the material into a cold mixing machine for cooling, and discharging when the temperature is reduced to less than 45℃ to obtain kneaded material; and (d) extruding and molding the obtained kneaded material by a plunger extruder to obtain a finished product pipe, where in the extrusion molding process, the feeding section temperature is 108℃, the mold temperature is 245℃ and the production speed is 1.6 m/minute.
