NOVELTY - Graphene modifying agent comprises 1000 parts organic solvent, 25-205 parts R-substituted phenyl ethylene oxide and/or organic derivatives, where R is chlorine, bromine, chloromethyl group or bromomethyl group and 30-165 parts 1,4-Y'-substituted 2-butene and/or organic derivatives, where Y' is chlorine, bromine or amino group. USE - Graphene modifying agent used for manufacturing graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene modifying agent has high strength and stable structural reliability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing graphene composite material, which involves: (A) mixing graphene modifier and organic solvent; (B) distillating organic solvent to obtain mixture of graphene and remaining organic components; (C) mixing the mixture with the plastic; and (D) carrying out injection molding with metal/alloy base to obtain product.
