NOVELTY - Ultra-thin radiating element comprises two oppositely arranged graphene layers (1), a wetting layer (2) coated on the opposite surface of the two graphene sheets, and a liquid metal layer (3) arranged between the wetting layer. The wetting layer is 10% weakly alkaline OP-10, and the thickness of the graphene film layer is 2-3 μm. USE - Used as ultra-thin radiating element. ADVANTAGE - The ultra-thin radiating element: has simple structure; can be realized by using die-cutting device and automatic packaging device, without using expensive and accurate dispensing packaging device for packaging, which greatly reduces the preparation cost of the product, simplifies the production process of the ultra-thin radiating elements, and improves the market competitiveness of the products; solves the problem of short circuit caused by the corrosion of the liquid metal; has same heat conducting coefficient and thermal resistance from the pure liquid metal phase difference, which can meet the demand of high heating elements on the market for interface heat conduction elements with high thermal conductivity.
