NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide grafted polyethylene composite film material comprises e.g. (i) adding 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride into the graphene oxide aqueous solution for modification to obtain epoxy group graphene oxide, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing epoxy graphene oxide in dimethyl sulfoxide under nitrogen atmosphere, adding 2-(2-pyridyl dithio) ethylamine hydrochloride to perform ring opening reaction and obtaining pyridyl dithio graphene oxide after the reaction is finished, (3) reacting tert-butyl salicylaldehyde with cyclopentylamine in ethanol, removing a solvent, dissolving N-butyllithium in ether for reaction, adding zirconium tetrachloride and tetrahydrofuran for continuous reaction to obtain bis ( N- (3-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde) cyclopentylamine ) zirconium dichloride, (iv) adding toluene into a container filled with ethylene and adding methylaluminoxane and bis (N- (3-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde) cyclopentyl amine) zirconium dichloride for reacting. USE - The graphene oxide grafted polyethylene composite film material is useful in polyethylene composite material field (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film material: has strong elastic modulus, mechanical and impedance performance, high transfer rate and internal stress; avoid the graphene oxide agglomeration behaviour in the polyethylene; ensure the elongation at break of the composite material; and overcomes the problem of poor compatibility between the graphene oxide and polyethylene substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene oxide grafted polyethylene composite film material comprises (i) adding 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride into the graphene oxide aqueous solution for modification to obtain epoxy group graphene oxide, (ii) ultrasonically dispersing epoxy graphene oxide in dimethyl sulfoxide under the nitrogen atmosphere, adding 2-(2-pyridyl dithio) ethylamine hydrochloride to perform ring opening reaction and obtaining pyridyl dithio graphene oxide after the reaction is finished, (3) reacting tert-butyl salicylaldehyde with cyclopentyl amine in ethanol, removing a solvent, dissolving N-butyllithium in ether for reaction, then adding zirconium tetrachloride and tetrahydrofuran for continuous reaction to obtain bis ( N- (3-tert-butyl salicylaldehyde) cyclopentylamine ) zirconium dichloride, (iv) adding toluene into a container filled with ethylene and then adding methylaluminoxane and bis (N- (3-tert-butylsalicylaldehyde) cyclopentyl amine) zirconium dichloride for reaction to obtain double-bond single-ended polyethylene, (v) dissolving double-bond single-end-capped polyethylene, 1, 2-ethanedithiol and 1, 1'-azobis (cyclohexanecarbonitrile) in a toluene solvent and reacting to obtain single-end mercapto polyethylene, (vi) ultrasonically dispersing pyridyl disulfide graphene oxide in phosphate buffer solution, then adding single-end mercapto polyethylene, performing mercaptan coupling reaction to obtaining graphene oxide grafted polyethylene, (vii) dissolving graphene oxide grafted polyethylene in ethanol, uniformly stirring, filtering and drying, then pre-pressing, hot-pressing and cooling.
