NOVELTY - Anti-mildew and antibacterial water-based texture paint comprises 5-30 wt.% water-based modified linseed oil resin, 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene, 0-20 wt.% pigment, 0-20 wt.% filler, 0-0.5 wt.% pH adjuster, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 0.2-2 wt.% rheology additive, 30-60 wt.% water, 0.1-1.0 wt.% substrate wetting agent, 0-1.0 wt.% dispersant, 0-0.8 wt.% leveling agent, 0-10 wt.% film-forming aids, 0.3-1.0 wt.% anti-mold agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% preservative, and 0.2-1.0 wt.% antibacterial factor. USE - Anti-mildew and antibacterial water-based texture paint for woodware. ADVANTAGE - The anti-mildew and antibacterial water-based texture paint is not easy to get mildew and also has antibacterial effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-mildew and antibacterial water-based texture paint for woodware, which involves: (A) adding 5-30 wt.% water-based modified linseed oil resin, 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene, 0-20 wt.% pigment, 0-20 wt.% filler, 0-0.5 wt.% pH adjuster, 0.1-0.5 wt.% defoamer, 0.2-2 wt.% rheology additive, dispersing at a high speed of 800-1200 r/min for 0.5-1h, putting it into a sand mill and grind to the color paste with a fineness of less than or equal to 30 mu m for use; (B) putting 5-30 wt.% water-based modified linseed oleoresin into the reactor, then adding 0.05-0.2 wt.% graphene and raising temperature to 60-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours; (C) adding the remaining rheological additives to the remaining water according to the weight percentage; (D) slowly adding the remaining pH regulator and the remaining defoamer under low-speed stirring at 200-600r/min, and then increasing the speed to 800-1000 r/min high speed dispersion; (E) adding 0-0.8 wt.% leveling agent, 0-20 wt.% filler, 0.3-1.0 wt.% anti-mold agent, 0.1-0.5 wt.% preservative, 0.2-1.0 wt.% antibacterial factor with high-speed dispersion at 800-1000r/min for 10-20 minutes; (F) grinding color pastes by slowly adding to the batching tank containing prepared main agent under low-speed stirring at 200-600r/min; and (G) using prepared color paste for color mixing, dispersing at 800-1000r/min for 10-20 minutes, mixing uniformly to obtain a mildew-proof and antibacterial water-based wood texture paint.
