NOVELTY - Graphene acrylic fiber comprises 85-99 %mass polyacrylonitrile powder, 0.1-14 %mass graphene oxide and 0.1-1 %mass modifier. USE - Graphene acrylic fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber has antibacterial, anti-mite, far-infrared and anti-UV properties, functional and washable properties, and does not require separate post-treatment process, and is safe and environmentally-friendly, and meets current peoples requirements for functionality, comfort, and healthy textiles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the acrylic fiber, involving (a) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials, (b) preparing modified graphene oxide slurry, (c) adding polyacrylonitrile powder to the modified graphene oxide slurry, swelling, increasing the temperature, and stirring to prepare a spinning solution stock solution, (d) adding the spinning solution stock solution to a reactor, filtering, defoaming, discharging the material, using a gradient coagulation bath, washing with water, winding on an empty roll, and soaking in a deionized water extraction bath, and (e) stretching in a water bath, drying the resulting fiber, and obtaining modified graphene polyacrylonitrile composite fiber, that is, graphene acrylic fiber.
