▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is exfoliated from graphene source material with a medium comprising organic solvent and cellulosic polymer partially or completely soluble in the organic solvent. Portion(s) of exfoliated graphene medium is contacted with aqueous medium to concentrate exfoliated graphene in a composition having graphene and cellulosic polymer. The graphene-cellulosic composition is contacted with hydrophobic fluid comprising ink solvent and dispersion solvent. The dispersion solvent is removed to obtain a graphene ink composition comprising solid concentration and viscosity. USE - Preparation of graphene ink composition e.g. gravure printing graphene ink composition used for gravure printing and screen printing graphene ink composition (all claimed) for printing of electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene ink composition capable of providing flexible electronic components with high-resolution printed graphene circuitry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) gravure printing graphene ink composition, which comprises non-oxidized graphene, hydrophobic fluid component and ethyl cellulose, and which has graphene-ethyl cellulose solid concentration of 5-10% (w/v) and viscosity of 0.1-1 Pa.second; (2) screen printing graphene ink composition, which comprises non-oxidized graphene, hydrophobic fluid component and ethyl cellulose, and which has graphene-ethyl cellulose solid concentration of 10-20% (w/v) and viscosity of 5-100 Pa.second; (3) preparation of silicon screen printing stencil, which involves providing a silicon wafer comprising a thickness dimension of 120 mu m or less providing wafer mechanical flexibility favorable for screen printing, applying a photoresist composition to the wafer, contacting the photoresistive wafer with a photomask comprising a pattern of openings, exposing the photoresist composition to ultraviolet light in a pattern defined by the photomask, removing the mask and etching the wafer to provide the pattern of openings, and removing the photoresist composition; and (4) printing of graphene ink composition, which involves printing the gravure or screen printing graphene ink composition on a substrate, by placing the ink composition on a print pattern and contacting the ink with a substrate, and transferring the ink pattern to the substrate.
