NOVELTY - The cable has an insulating layer (102) covered on an outer surface of a cable core. A shielding layer (103) is provided with a carbon fiber and/graphene. The carbon fiber is coated on the outer surface of the shielding layer. An armored layer (104) is coated with carbon fiber. The cable core is a copper lead wire, and an anti-corrosion layer is formed on the outer surface of the copper lead wire. USE - Load detecting cable for measuring electrical measurement under mechanical load condition used in each kind of oil, gas well logging, and signal transmission between well underground device instrument. ADVANTAGE - The cable has simple structure, and has high rigidity and characteristics. The cable allows a surface of the insulating layer of the bearing detection cable to be provided with the layer of shielding layer of a layer of graphene and/or carbon fiber using non-metal shielding material, thus making mass of the load detecting cable smaller and having certain flexibility relative to related technology, and hence reducing weight of the cable, and improving bearing performance of cable.
