▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotube and graphene composite based on sheet materials comprises using sheet materials loaded with catalyst active component, which is iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, molybdenum, or tungsten (0.1-50 mass% of the mass of catalyst); putting the catalyst into a reaction container; and depositing carbon nanotube and graphene at the surface of the catalyst through chemical vapor deposition process and purifying the product in product purifying device to obtain carbon nanotube and graphene composite, where carbon nanotube in the composite is directly grown on graphite surface. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotube and graphene composite based on sheet materials (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enriches the types of nanocarbon material; and is easy for engineering amplification to realize mass production.
