NOVELTY - The structure has a substrate covered with a graphene layer that is provided with an electrode. A perovskite material layer is covered on the graphene layer. The graphene layer is provided with a two-dimensional wall or a three-dimensional graphene wall. The perovskite material layer is made of methyl halide perovskite material and provided with multiple halogen elements. The electrode is provided with a double-layer structure. The halogen element is contained with chlorine, bromine and lead material. The substrate is covered with a silicon dioxide layer. USE - Graphene-perovskite composite structure for an optical detector. ADVANTAGE - The structure has rapid detecting effect, and increases integration density of a micro-nano structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a composite structured optical detector.
