▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacturing heat dissipation ink based on dry and wet graphene flake comprises (a) using expandable graphite to obtain dry-wet graphene flakes of certain purity or higher, (b) preparing first mixture by mixing solvent and resin, (c) preparing second mixture by mixing obtained dry-wet graphene flakes, carbon nanotubes, a dispersant and surfactant and (d) mixing first mixture and second mixture. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing heat dissipation ink based on dry and wet graphene flake. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, environmentally friendly, obtains dry and wet graphene flakes from graphite in a short time with high yield and purity, has high thermal emissivity, low temperature and rapid heat treatment and maximizes heat release rate.
