NOVELTY - Pleated graphene fiber is prepared by dissolving graphene oxide having a diameter of 10-40 mu m in solvent to obtain dispersion having a concentration of 2-30 mg/ml, adding copper hydroxide gel, dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, continuously wet spinning using graphene oxide dispersion as spinning solution, vacuum drying the obtained graphene oxide primary fibers to obtain dried graphene oxide fiber, putting in a drying furnace, heating at 100-160 degrees C at 10 degrees C/minute for 10-20 minutes, hydrogen treating for 30-50 minutes, raising the temperature to 700-2800 degrees C, heating for 3-8 hours, and obtaining pleated graphene fiber containing copper and graphene sheets, where amount of copper relative to the pleated graphene fiber is 3-15 mass%. USE - Pleated graphene fiber used for pleated graphene fiber nonwoven fabric (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The pleated graphene fiber and pleated graphene fiber nonwoven fabric have good conductivity, thermal conductivity, and antibacterial performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of pleated graphene fiber nonwoven fabric comprising dissolving graphene oxide having a sheet diameter of 10-40 mu m in solvent to obtain dispersion having a concentration of 2-30 mg/ml, adding copper hydroxide solution to obtain dispersion liquid, performing continuous wet spinning using graphene oxide dispersion as spinning solution, vacuum drying the obtained graphene oxide primary fibers to obtain graphene oxide fibers, dispersing in aqueous solution of ethanol, depositing on filter screen to obtain graphene oxide fiber nonwoven fabric, washing and low temperature drying, placing the graphene oxide nonwoven fabric in a drying furnace, heating at 100-160 degrees C at 10 degrees C/minute for 20-40 minutes, hydrogen treating for 30-60 minutes, raising the temperature to 700-2800 degrees C, treating for 8-24 hours, and obtaining graphene fiber nonwoven fabric containing copper and graphene, where copper is at 3-15 mass% of the pleated graphene fiber nonwoven fabric.
