NOVELTY - Functionalized graphene comprises one or more active molecules and graphene, and multiple active molecules are isolated from each other. Each of the active molecules is grafted onto the graphene by a C-O-Si covalent bond. One of the active molecules is grafted onto the graphene by multiple C-OSi covalent bonds, and C in the C-O-Si covalent bond is derived from the graphene. The main chain structure of the active molecule is a structure in which two Si-O bonds are connected in series, and then connected in series with the Si bond. The active molecule has two reactive functional groups. USE - Functionalized graphene used in polyorganosiloxane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene is relatively uniformly dissolved in the silicone oil, so that the polyorganosiloxane prepared by using the functionalized graphene has good heat conduction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for producing a functionalized graphene, which involves heating the solution in which the graphene and the silane coupling agent are dispersed to obtain a first solution; dispersing graphene in which a surface-grafted silane in the first solution; obtaining surface-grafted silane graphene by chemically reacting a hydrolyzable group of the silane coupling agent with an oxygen-containing functional group on the surface of the graphene; heating the first solution to obtain a second solution in which the functionalized graphene is dispersed, obtaining active molecule in the functionalized graphene by polymerization of two silanes grafted on the surface of the graphene grafted silane; drying second solution to obtain the functionalized graphene; and (2) a polyorganosiloxane, which comprises functionalized graphene and multiple siloxanes, each siloxane comprises three or more Si-O bonds, three or more Si-O bonds are connected in series, multiple siloxanes comprising one first siloxane and one second siloxane, each of the first siloxanes is bonded to the main chain structure via a Si-O-Si bond, Si-O in the Si-O-Si bond is derived from the first siloxane, and Si is derived from main chain structure and each of the second siloxanes is bonded to the backbone structure via an alkyl group.
