NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide decorated with zinc and copper oxides, contains 20-90 wt.%, preferably 35 wt.% zinc and copper. USE - The reduced graphene oxide is used in agriculture for protecting plants, preferably tomato against X.euvesicatoria (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide reduces the copper content in the preparation as much as possible. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method of preparation of the reduced graphene oxide decorated with zinc and copper oxides, comprising (i) providing a suspension of graphene oxide in an aqueous solution containing zinc acetate and copper acetate, where the molar ratio of zinc acetate and copper acetate in the aqueous solution is 0.5:1-1:0.5, and the amount of copper acetate in the aqueous solution is 27-83 mmol copper acetate per 1 g graphene oxide, (ii) subjecting the suspension provided in step (i) to reduction reaction to yield the reduced graphene oxide decorated with zinc and copper oxides; and (2) a composition for protection of plants against Xanthomonas euvesicatoriacomprising an aqueous suspension of the reduced graphene oxide decorated with zinc and copper, and at least one auxiliary substance selected from solvents, surfactants, emulsifiers, dispersing agents, wetting agents, stabilizers, defoamers, preservatives, viscosity-affecting agents, binders, glues and fertilizers.
