NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene coating comprises adding solvent to graphene to obtain a graphene oxide solution, mixing, and electrically spraying the solution on a surface of a substrate material. USE - Method for the preparation of a graphene coating (claimed) used for an electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high quality and improves heat dissipating capability of the surface of the material, thus ensuring high power output of the electronic device. The method realizes large scale production of nano-scale graphene, and is inexpensive.
