▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing chiral alcohol compounds using photo-biosystem comprising phosphate buffer solution, oxidized form of redox enzyme cofactor, methyl viologen, ruthenium(II) complexes and rhodium(III) complex, which consists of one or more redox mediators, comprises preparing a graphene-porphyrin photocatalyst having a substituted porphyrin compound (I) using non-polar organic solvent/water mixed solvent, alcohol dehydrogenase and ketone derivatives, and performing light irradiating to a solution of redox enzyme cofactors under an atmosphere of inert gas by reduction steps. USE - The method is useful for preparing chiral alcohol compounds using photo-biosystem (claimed) using solar energy. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of the chiral alcohol compounds with high efficiency and productivity in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing chiral alcohol compounds using photo-biosystem comprising phosphate buffer solution, oxidized form of redox enzyme cofactor, methyl viologen, ruthenium(II) complexes and rhodium(III) complex, which consists of one or more redox mediators, comprises preparing a graphene-porphyrin photocatalyst having a substituted porphyrin compound of formula (I) using non-polar organic solvent/water mixed solvent, alcohol dehydrogenase and ketone derivatives, and performing light irradiating to a solution of redox enzyme cofactors under an atmosphere of inert gas by reduction steps. A = porphyrin group of formula (aa).
