NOVELTY - Preparation of modified graphene nano filling material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in organic solvent, obtaining dispersion of graphite oxide, adjusting pH to 9-10, adding hydrazine hydrate, performing partial reduction of graphite oxide, adding diisocyanate, reacting, separating the resultant reaction product, washing, re-dispersing in organic solvent, adding phosphorus/hydrogen-phosphorus bond-containing compound, stirring at 50-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding triethylamine, reacting for 5-12 hours, reducing, separating, washing and drying. USE - Preparation of modified graphene nano filling material used for nylon 6 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides modified graphene nano filling material having excellent thermal stability. The modified graphene nano filling material can improve the conductivity of polymer substrate and anti-static function of the polymer material is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified graphene nano filling material involves ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide in organic solvent, obtaining dispersion of graphite oxide, adjusting pH to 9-10, adding hydrazine hydrate reducing agent, performing partial reduction of graphite oxide, ultrasonically dispersing the resultant material in organic solvent, adding diisocyanate, stirring, reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 4-12 hours, separating the resultant reaction product, washing, re-dispersing in organic solvent, adding phosphorus/hydrogen-phosphorus bond-containing compound, stirring at 50-80 degrees C for 1-2 hours, adding triethylamine, reacting for 5-12 hours, reducing, separating, washing and drying. The mass ratio of diisocyanate and reduced graphite oxide is 10-30:1. The mass ratio of phosphorus-hydrogen-phosphorus bond-containing compound and reduced graphite oxide is 10-30:1. The mass ratio of graphite oxide and hydrazine hydrate reducing agent is 1:2 g/ml-1:4 g/ml. The graphite oxide is prepared by performing Hummer's method using graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and potassium permanganate.
