▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electro-plasmonic array comprises: a substrate; and many nanoantennas (14) disposed on a surface of the substrate, each of the nanoantennas include a conductive nanodisk and a conforming biocompatible electrochromic polymer layer. The substrate is formed from glass and includes a conductive coating which is an indium tin oxide coating. The conductive nanodisks are formed from a conductive material comprising graphene, gold, silver, aluminum, copper, titanium, magnesium, palladium or zirconium. The electrochromic polymer layer comprises poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):polystyrene sulfonate, polypyrrole, polyaniline or poly(3,4-propylenedioxythiophene). USE - Used as electro-plasmonic array. ADVANTAGE - The array utilizes the nanoantennas in optical imaging of electric-field dynamics with high spatiotemporal resolution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for forming an electro-plasmonic array. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a schematic view of the optical setup of an optical system for scattered light measurements of the nanoantennas. Many nanoantennas (14)
