NOVELTY - Low noise reaction kettle comprises kettle body, motor, stirring shaft, stirring impeller, supporting legs and horizontal measuring device. The top part of the kettle body is set with a feeding port and the bottom is provided with a discharging port. The motor is fixed on the top part of the kettle body, where the upper end of the stirring shaft is connected with the motor, and the lower end is vertically inserted into the kettle body. The stirring impeller is installed on the stirring shaft lower end. The horizontal measuring device is provided on the side part of the kettle body. The supporting legs are supported on the kettle body side part. The wall surface of the kettle body comprises outer wall and inner wall. A heat exchange cavity is formed between the inner wall and outer wall, which is made of alloy material and set with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet connected with the heat exchange cavity. USE - The low noise reaction kettle is used for processing environment-friendly aqueous cold spraying zinc coating. ADVANTAGE - Compared with the prior art, the kettle is provided with cooling structure, which can prevent the high speed dispersion in the process of generating heat. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Low noise reaction kettle comprises kettle body, motor, stirring shaft, stirring impeller, horizontal measuring device and supporting legs. The top part of the kettle body is provided with a feeding port and the bottom is provided with a discharging port. The motor is fixed on the top part of the kettle body. The upper end of the stirring shaft is connected with the motor, and the lower end is vertically inserted into the kettle body. The stirring impeller is installed on the lower end of the stirring shaft. The horizontal measuring device is set on the side part of the kettle body. The supporting legs are supported on the side part of the kettle body. The wall surface of the kettle body comprises an inner wall and an outer wall. A heat exchange cavity is formed between the inner wall and outer wall, which is made of alloy material and provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet connected with the heat exchange cavity. The inner wall from inside to outside comprises contact layer, supporting layer and heat conducting layer in sequence. The contact layer is set as foam metal material. The supporting layer is set as hard alloy material. The heat conducting layer is set as graphene material. Between the contact layer and supporting layer and between the supporting layer and heat conducting layer are connected by nano-silver brazing filler metal. The thermal conductivity of the contact layer is 70-80 W(m.K). The thermal conductivity of the supporting layer is 100-150 W(m.K). The thermal conductivity of the heat conducting layer is 800-1500 W(m.K).
