NOVELTY - A graphene-containing solar cell comprises a light transmittance layer, a transparent electrode layer, a transition layer, an electron-transporting layer, a light-absorbing layer, an electron absorption layer, a hole transport layer and a top electrode, all successively laminated. The electron-transporting layer is quaternary oxide. The light-absorbing layer has perovskite structure. The electron absorbing layer comprises graphene and graphene oxide composition. The hole transport layer comprises ternary oxide. The top electrode has excellent electrical conductivity. USE - Graphene-containing solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing solar cell has excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency of 20% or more.
