NOVELTY - The composite structure comprises graphene layer (G) and two composite components symmetrically distributed on two sides of graphene layer. The composite component comprises first dielectric layer (A) and second dielectric layer (B). The arranging rule of composite component is set from outside to inside as first dielectric layer (A), a second dielectric layer (B), a second dielectric layer (B), a first dielectric layer (A), a second dielectric layer (B), a first dielectric layer (A), a first dielectric layer (A), a second dielectric layer (B) in order. USE - Composite structure of non-periodic photon crystal and graphene used in optical communication system. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure can realize low threshold optical bi-stable state near a set of wavelengths.
