▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible self-supporting iron fluoride/carbon-graphene composite film cathode material comprises ultrasonicating graphite oxide solid suspension at frequency of 10-80 kHz for 0.5-6 hours to obtain uniform and stable graphene oxide dispersion; preparing 0.01-1 g/mL iron oxide precursor solution, adding to hydrothermal reactor, reacting at 120-200 degrees C for 6-48 hours, cooling naturally, washing with distilled water, centrifuging, and freeze-drying; dispersing hydrophilic iron oxide in 1-10 g/L graphene oxide solution, adding 3-10 g/L chitosan solution, stirring to obtain hydrogel, freeze-drying, pressing to obtain composite film, and calcining to 300-700 degrees C for 1-5 hours under protective atmosphere; and fluorinating with hydrofluoric acid or ammonium fluoride. USE - The method is for preparation of flexible self-supporting iron fluoride/carbon-graphene composite film cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The cathode material promotes lithium ion migration and diffusion in three-dimensional direction in the battery circulation process, overcomes the iron fluoride volume effect and polarization phenomenon, improves cycle performance of the battery, and has better effect of reducing the absolute volume change of the active material in the process of embedding and removing lithium, and improved iron fluoride nano-particle conductivity.
