NOVELTY - Transparent electrode assembly comprises a transparent electrode layer made of conductive polymer, carbon nanotube, graphene, silver nanowires, copper nanoparticle, indium tin oxide and/or antimony tin oxide, a polysiloxane polymer layer contacted with water at angle of less than 60 degrees , and provided on the transparent electrode layer, and a photosensitive resin layer provided on the polysiloxane polymer layer. USE - Used as transparent electrode assembly. ADVANTAGE - The transparent electrode assembly has low sheet and surface resistance functionality.
