NOVELTY - A two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint comprises component (a) and component (b). The component (a) comprises 40-60 wt.% liquid epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% hydroxyl polyester resin, 1-2 wt.% rheological agent, 4-10 wt.% titanium dioxide, 5-15 wt.% mineral fibers, 40-60 wt.% quartz sand and 0.2-1 wt.% modified graphene. The component (b) comprises 30-40 wt.% fatty amine polycondensate, 1-10 wt.% aromatic isocyanate prepolymer, 1-3 wt.% epoxy accelerator, 20-40 wt.% quartz sand, 1-3 wt.% rheological agent and 0.1-1 wt.% modified graphene. USE - Two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The solvent-free two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint with low viscosity, excellent anti-crystallization characteristics and scratch resistance and high hardness is prepared by simple method. The film of two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint has excellent flexibility, adhesiveness and corrosion resistance, and high density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint comprises component (a) and component (b). The component (a) comprises 40-60 wt.% liquid epoxy resin, 5-15 wt.% hydroxyl polyester resin, 1-2 wt.% rheological agent, 4-10 wt.% titanium dioxide, 5-15 wt.% mineral fibers, 40-60 wt.% quartz sand and 0.2-1 wt.% modified graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of two-component graphene-type pipeline maintenance and emergency repair paint, which involves preparing component (a) by mixing liquid epoxy resin, hydroxyl polyester resin, rheological agent, titanium dioxide, mineral fibers, quartz sand and modified graphene, preparing component (a) by mixing fatty amine polycondensate, aromatic isocyanate prepolymer, epoxy accelerator, quartz sand, natural barium sulfate, calcium oxide, rheological agent and modified graphene and mixing component (a) and component (b).
