NOVELTY - A graphene/graphene oxide laminated transparent conductive thin film comprises a transparent substrate and a conductive layer being formed by stacking graphene and graphene oxide, where the top layer of the conductive layer is graphene oxide. USE - Graphene/graphene oxide laminated transparent conductive thin film for use in organic LED, organic solar cells or transparent electrode of perovskite solar cell or photovoltaic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The film has high transparency, electrical conductivity, work function and surface wettability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing graphene/graphene oxide laminated transparent conductive thin film.
