▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Supercritical fluid in situ preparation of graphene/fluoropolymer composite material comprises dissolving fluoropolymer monomer in a supercritical fluid, simultaneously intercalating graphite particles into supercritical fluid and polymer monomer, taking supercritical fluid as a polymerization medium to initiate the polymerization of fluoropolymer, promoting graphite interlayer spacing to be enlarged, stripping off graphite after intercalation under supercritical pressure in quick relief process to obtain high thermal conductivity composite material with good dispersion of graphene. USE - The method is useful for supercritical fluid in situ preparation of graphene/fluoropolymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: avoids graphene layers restacking; utilizes graphene, which can easily solve the problem of agglomeration; and ensures uniform dispersion of graphene with the polymer materials.
