▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves building a same phase and an out-of-phase switch modulation light path. The light path is provided with a first laser (1), a first half-wave plate (2), and a first polarization light splitting cube (3). A first reflector (10) is arranged on a reflection output end of the first polarization splitting cube. A second reflector is arranged at a reflector. A fourth half wave plate (6) is inserted into a second half wave board. A first photoelectric detector and a second photoelectric detector are connected to a first oscilloscope (16) to form an output test unit. A laser beam with horizontal polarization is transmitted to a pump laser beam through the first polarized splitting cube to form a detection laser beam. Pump power is adjusted to realize generation of a space bi-phase modulation signal. USE - Method for generating same phase and out-of-phase switch modulation signal based on graphene nonlinear effect. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing the in-phase and out-phase modulation of the detection signal light by adjusting the pump power, thus realizing the generation of the space bi-phase switch modulation signal.
