▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The environmental cell (100) comprises a base material (101), which has a first flat surface, and a graphene sheet (102) to cover the sample mounted in the first surface side (101a) of the base material. An electronic permeable unit (102a) contacts the sample among the surfaces of the sample side of the graphene sheet. A peripheral unit (102b) spaced apart from the electronic permeable unit has attached first surface of the base material. A spacer which surrounds the sample is mounted in first surface of the base material. The thickness of the spacer reduces as it separates from the sample. A hydrophilic process of the sample is carried out among the surfaces of the sample side of the graphene sheet. USE - Environmental cell for sample fixation installed in an electron microscope. ADVANTAGE - The environmental cell prevents scattering of the electron beam injected with respect to a sample.
