▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The aircraft aerofoil structure has a photovoltaic energy-generating system which is integrated into a first element of the aircraft aerofoil structure. The first element comprises a first portion of the skin which forms an upper surface of the aerofoil structure (20). A piezoelectric energy generating system is integrated into a second element of the aircraft aerofoil structure. The second element comprises either or both of a second portion of the skin which forms a lower surface of the aerofoil structure and an internal structural component of the aerofoil structure. An energy storage system is integrated into a third element of the aircraft aerofoil structure. The third element comprises any of the first portion of the skin, the second portion of the skin, and an internal structural component of the aerofoil structure. USE - Aircraft aerofoil structure used in aircraft (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amount of aerospace material is reduced in the component as far as possible, because this enables the volume of the battery to be increased, which in turn increases the storage capacity of the component. The structural components of the wing experience sufficient mechanical stress for piezoelectric electricity generation to have a piezoelectric energy generating system (PEEGS) integrated in order to maximize the energy generating capability of the wing. The version of the cover panel is advantageous for applications where is desired to maximize the thickness of the batteries and to enable direct access to the batteries. The skin panel needs to have certain mechanical properties in order to be able to withstand the maximum load that can potentially experience during operation of the wing. The graphene is both very strong and very stiff, meaning that a graphene layer can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of a structure on which that is provided. The graphene coatings are used on a significant number of the structures comprised in an aircraft can enable a significant weight reduction, and consequent performance increase for the aircraft. The graphene layer provides the same functions of environmental protection, electromagnetic protection and strength and stiffness enhancement as in the skin component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (a) a load-bearing aircraft component; (b) an aircraft wing assembly; and (c) a load-bearing aircraft structure.
