▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves forming a metal catalytic layer on a substrate, introducing a cover material on the metal catalytic layer, and growing graphene on the metal catalytic layer by carrying out chemical vapor deposition. USE - Manufacture of graphene for manufacturing electric component including electrode, touch panel, electroluminescent display, backlight, radio frequency identification tag, solar cell module, electronic paper, thin-film transistor (TFT) for flat panel display and TFT array (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene having high quality and transparency is manufactured. The evaporation of metal catalyst due to the effect of cover component is prevented, and size of micro-scale grain boundary on surface of the metal catalyst is reduced. Graphene growing at various concentrations of carbon source gas is synthesized efficiently. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of electric component.
