NOVELTY - Graphene conductive polymer composite material for carrier roller comprises 50-70 wt. pts. high-density polyethylene, 10-30 wt. pts. alkali-free glass fiber, 1-10 wt. pts. conductive agent, 1-5 wt. pts. grafting agent, 0.1-1 wt. pts. graphene, 0.1-0.5 wt. pts. antioxidants, 0.1-0.5 wt. pts. anti-ultraviolet agent and 0.1-1 wt. pts. lubricant. USE - The graphene conductive polymer composite material is useful in carrier roller (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the electrical conductivity of graphene conductive polymer composite material while improving the mechanical properties; has simple process technology, low manufacturing cost and high cost performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene conductive polymer composite material for carrier roller, comprising mixing and stirring high-density polyethylene, graphene, grafting agent, conductive agent, antioxidant, anti-ultraviolet agent and lubricant in a high-speed mixer for 10-30 minutes, adding the mixed material to twin-screw extruder through hopper at feeding speed of 30-50 revolution/minute, adding alkali-free glass fiber to fiber feeding port during the operation of twin-screw extruder, mixing and extruding the mixed material and alkali-free glass fiber to obtain final product, where the main speed of main machine is 300- 500 revolution/minute.
