▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing oriented graphene-coated silicon oxide material comprises (i) adding the silicon oxide in a closed rotary kiln, and pumping the rotary kiln to a vacuum state, (ii) introducing organic gas into the rotary kiln under heating, and pyrolysizing occurs on the surface of the silicon oxide and (iii) introducing the auxiliary gas into the content of the rotary kiln and etching to obtain product. USE - The preparing oriented graphene-coated silicon oxide material is useful for cathode material for a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has high mechanical properties and conductivity of graphene, and is beneficial to the cyclic stability of the material; and can realize industrialized continuous production.
