NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene and functional graphene dispersion. The graphene mesh film is manufactured from the graphene and the functional graphene. The electrochemical pretreatment is performed using graphite foil and graphite rod, and additives are added to perform a process of producing graphite intercalation compounds from graphite. The additive is selected from an antioxidant, a dispersant and a compound having a functional group. The dispersed graphene is exfoliated using a high-pressure press, and the peeling process is performed at a pressure of 10,000 bar or less. USE - Method for producing graphene mesh film for preventing and inhibiting SEI layer of secondary battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene mesh film controls pore size and electrical conductivity of graphene mesh, and improves product performance.
